COVID-19 Safety at The Hotel Hollywood


Your Travel Safety

The safety and security of our guests and our hotel staff members remains our number one priority. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • We have introduced a property specific plan based upon CDC and the State of California‚Äôs guidelines to prevent covid-19 illness
  • Our team is receiving ongoing training regarding the use of personal protective equipment, social distancing, CDC approved cleaning disinfectants & enhanced operating protocols
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including common areas, door handles, handrails, public bathrooms, etc.)
  • Contactless delivery of amenities
  • We have installed plexiglass barriers & social distancing guides at our front desk to provide our guests with a safe interaction with our front desk staff
  • Antibacterial hand sanitizer is also available at the front desk

Your Travel Flexibility

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind:

* Existing non-refundable reservations may be changed to a later date, free of charge.

* New reservation you make for stays between today and April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled up to 24-hours before your scheduled arrival.

 

Covid-19 Safety Precautions: Guest Responsibilities

In order to protect the health & safety of other guests and the hotel staff, we ask all guests to follow the precautionary guideliness listed below. These guidelines were established by the State of California, to help prevent illness caused by covid-19. Please review and be prepared to adhere to the items listed below:

 

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness, including cough, sneeze, runny nose, or a fever, you may not enter the hotel.
  • All hotel guests and staff are required to wear face coverings, at all times while in common areas of the hotel.
  • Please maintain a minimum distance of 6-feet from others.
  • Practice regular handwashing & wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds
  • Housekeeping will not clean or service your room while you are in the room
  • Requested amenities such as towels will be delivered using a contactless system
