All guests checking-in must provide a valid driver’s license or passport and a valid credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation. If the name on the card does not match, a credit card authorization form must be completed and signed by the cardholder. A photocopy of the credit card along with the cardholder’s identification is required.
A deposit of $100.00 will be authorized at the time of check-in, which will be released upon check-out.
Effective May 1, 2021, the hotel will no longer accept cash payments of any kind. All payments must be made via credit card, debit card or smart phone. This includes payments for room, tax, and any other ancillary charges.
Upon check-in, payment for the entire stay is due. Future reserved dates cannot be held without payment. If a guest wishes to extend their stay, payment for the additional night(s) is due upon notification.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older.
A California Tourism Assessment Fee will be added at a rate of $0.17 per night to your hotel bill. This additional charge is mandated by the state of California and is a fee, not a tax. Please visit the website https://tourism.ca.gov/ for more information about this fee.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
All advanced reservations require a deposit of the first night's room and tax. Reservations cannot be held without the first night's room and tax deposit.
Guests may not stay longer than 21 nights consecutively. After the 21st night, the guest must check out of the hotel, remove all personal belongings and stay elsewhere for at least 48 hours.
The hotel will not accept or cash any type of check, business or personal.
Keys to guest rooms will only be issued to registered guests. Replacement keys will only be issued to registered guests with valid photo identification.
PET POLICY: The hotel does not allow pets of any kind, except for service animals.
